Sid started SIA in 2003.  With a drive and passion for helping people manage their risks and protect them from financial catastrophe, he leads the team in that goal.  He oversees the operation and agent interaction with customers to assure we deliver exceptional advice and consultation, backed by solid solutions and insurance products.

Esther started her career in insurance and risk management when joining SIA in 2004 in the agency's infancy.  She helps people with all types of insurance solutions to protect them from the financial impact when things go wrong. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a life long resident of the Greater Cincinnati area.
