Esther has been with the agency for over 20 years after graduating from the University of Cincinnati.  She handles all types of insurance and is a great resource for customers and prospective customers.

Cassandra joined the team and entered the insurance world in 2021.  Her knowledge and awesome personality are a cornerstone of our service to customers.

Chrystal joined Sheppard Insurance Agencies in 2025, bringing with her 3 previous years of experience as an insurance agent.  Being great with customers, she adds to the goal of delivering superior service and solutions to our customers to protect them from life's unfortunate events.  Chrystal's free time is spent with her family and being involved in her children's activities.

Alana is the newest customer service superstar at SIA.  Since joining the team, she has meshed right in with the teamwork culture of taking care of customers and helping protect them with appropriate insurance solutions.  Alana is a born and raised Cincinnati native.  Her interests include time with family, her fiancé, sports and learning how to grasp all life has to offer.
